This Terms & Conditions "Agreement" governs your use of the website and services provided by Webstechs "The Creative Solutions" ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
"User", "Client", "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing our website or services. "Services" refers to all digital services offered by the Company including but not limited to website development, marketing, and design solutions.
By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws. If you are using services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
The Company provides digital services including website development, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, branding, and related services. The exact scope of work shall be defined in separate agreements, proposals, or communications with the Client.
All payments made to Webstechs – The Creative Solutions are final and non-refundable. 70% payment will be advance before starting the project. Once a project is initiated and resources have been allocated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to project cancellation, change of mind, or dissatisfaction.
By making a payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company invests time, effort, and resources immediately upon project commencement, and therefore no refund requests shall be entertained once the work has started.
In case of any disputes, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer revisions or adjustments to address concerns; however, this does not constitute an obligation to provide any refund.
All content, designs, codes, and deliverables created by the Company shall remain its property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
The Company reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
The Company may use third-party services including hosting providers, plugins, or advertising platforms. We shall not be held responsible for any errors, downtime, or losses caused by such third-party services.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused due to lack of communication, delayed feedback, or failure to provide required materials by the Client.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. In such cases, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
The information provided by Webstechs "The Creative Solutions" is for general informational and business purposes only, and while we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or results of our services; all digital marketing, SEO, and development outcomes may vary based on multiple external factors such as market conditions, competition, and client cooperation, and therefore we do not guarantee specific results like rankings, traffic, or revenue growth, nor shall we be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, including data loss or business interruption, arising from the use of our website or services, while users are responsible for providing accurate information and timely inputs, and by using our website, you agree to this disclaimer, accept its terms, and acknowledge that we may update or modify this content at any time without prior notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
